The Dabrico Manual Filler (DMF) is a hand held unit that can be used to fill vials, syringes or bottles to a specified volume. The ergonomically designed handle contains a switch that is easily triggered to start the filling process. In addition, the filling tube within the handle can be adjusted to accommodate different fill depths. The unit could potentially be integrated with the customers existing dispensing pump or one can be purchased separately through our company.

The MS-25 Manual Stopper/Plunger Insertion System is designed to manually insert stoppers into both bulk and nested syringes ranging from 0.5 ml - 20 ml. The stopper is loaded by hand into the unit which then compresses the stopper allowing it to be inserted within the syringe at a predetermined depth without the need for a vacuum. The unit is constructed of electro polished (316)L stainless steel and can be used in conjunction with our DMF-50 manual filler.

Each syringe is placed on the platform individually where a micro switch is then triggered to start the filing process. The syringes & stoppers are loaded manually. The filling and stopper insertion is performed automatically via indexing star-wheel/mono-block type of operation. Options for automatic handling are available.

The Dabrico Syringe Filler (DSF) is a fully automatic servo driven liquid dispensing system with stopper placement capabilities. The system is designed for BD Hypak or similar nested syringes (1ml to 10ml Glass or Plastic) with rates up to 50 parts per minute dependant on fill volume and fluid viscosity.

The Dabrico Compact Monoblock (DCM) is an automatic filling & stoppering machine designed for liquid dispensing into vials (1ml to 100ml). The DCM accepts the vials, feeds them into a single line and fills to the required volume. The DCM is also designed to feed, orientate & insert stoppers either fully or partially into the vials whilst achieving run rates up to 60 vials per minute dependant upon fill volume & liquid viscosity.
